1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Where We Ship: We deliver to all major cities, towns, and regions across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing & Verification

  • Verification Call: To maintain the integrity of our service, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders undergo a verification process. Our customer support team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address.

  • Processing Time: Once verified, orders are handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Note: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times depend on your location within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Semi-Urban Areas: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Remote Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. During peak seasons, sales events, or due to unexpected weather/civic disruptions, deliveries may take slightly longer.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner with Pakistan’s leading logistics networks (such as Leopards, TCS, or Trax) to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Once your footwear is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email.

  • You can use this number on the courier partner's portal to track your package in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • For COD orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • Important Note: In accordance with standard courier policies in Pakistan, delivery riders are strictly prohibited from allowing customers to open the parcel before making the full payment. If you face any sizing or quality issues after opening your package, please contact our customer support immediately to initiate an exchange.

6. Sizing & Delivery Issues

Because finding the perfect fit for your loafers is essential, we want to make sure you're covered:

  • If you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us at roguewalk72@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the delivery address once the package has been dispatched.

  • If your loafers do not fit perfectly upon delivery, please refer to our Exchange Policy to swap them for the correct size.
