Since footwear is all about the perfect fit, it is best practice in Pakistan to offer a 7-day exchange/replacement policy rather than a cash refund if someone changes their mind. This protects your business while keeping your customers happy.

At Rogue Walk, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade footwear. We want to ensure you get the absolute perfect fit and style for your feet.
Please note our policy carefully below: We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy for sizing and manufacturing issues, but we do not offer cash refunds.
1. 7-Day Exchange Window
If your loafers do not fit you perfectly, or if you receive a damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

The shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

Try the shoes on a clean, carpeted surface first. Shoes with creased leather, scuffed outsoles, or dirt marks will not be accepted for exchange.

The items must be in their original packaging/box.
2. No Cash Refunds
We strictly follow a No Refund / Exchange Only policy.

We do not offer cash refunds or reversals on Cash on Delivery (COD) payments if you simply change your mind.

Instead, we will happily replace your shoes with a different size, a different color, or an alternative article of equal value.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
We inspect every pair of hand-stitched and medicated loafers before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or completely different from what you ordered:

We will arrange a replacement for you as a priority, and Rogue Walk will bear all shifting and delivery costs in this specific scenario.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
To exchange your footwear for a different size or article, please follow these steps:

Send an email to roguewalk72@gmail.com with your Order Number and the New Size/Style you want.

Once our team approves your exchange request, you will need to ship the parcel back to our warehouse address (which will be provided to you via email).

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Once we receive your returned pair and verify its original condition, we will dispatch your new size within 2–4 business days.
